The certification validates that DSCallards’ Support organisation fulfils the requirements needed to provide high-quality support services for SAP BusinessObjects solutions in accordance with SAP’s current technical and organisational standards. The certification process reviews a channel partner’s entire support centre, including support staff, support processes and infrastructure.
