SAP Partner Centre of Expertise (PCoE) – SAP BusinessObjects and SAP Crystal Solutions

DSCallards has proven its ability by demonstrating that its skills and processes are of an extremely high standard and calibre to deliver first-class support by gaining the Partner Centre of Expertise (PCoE) certification from SAP. The certification validates that DSCallards’ Support organisation fulfils the requirements needed to provide high-quality support services for SAP BusinessObjects solutions in accordance with SAP’s current technical and organisational standards. The certification process reviews a channel partner’s entire support centre, including support staff, support processes and infrastructure.
