DSCallards, UK-based dedicated provider of Business Intelligence solutions, helping customers through a portfolio of consulting, advisory, implementation and support services, today announced it has achieved its fourth Partner Centre of Expertise (PCoE) certification from SAP. The certification validates that DSCallards’ Support organisation fulfils the requirements needed to provide high quality support services for SAP BusinessObjects solutions in accordance with SAP’s current technical and organisational standards. The certificate is valid until March 2021.
To ensure SAP customers receive the same high quality support, SAP introduced a dedicated PCoE (Partner Center of Expertise) certification, which was made exclusively available for SAP PartnerEdge channel partners providing support for SAP BusinessObjects solutions. The certification process reviews a channel partner’s entire support centre, including support staff, support processes and infrastructure.
