The SAP Pinnacle Awards recognise those services, technology, outsourcing and software partners who have excelled in developing partnership and mutual business with SAP by providing quality products, solutions and services to customers. Winners are selected from nominations received from partners and SAP employees.  SAP Pinnacle awards for Volume Business Unit of the Year includes the following criteria for Distribution partners:

• Investments made by the partner to develop business intelligence (BI) go-to-market strategy
