The event was aimed at IT and business professionals as well as business executives involved in BI decisions and provided delegates with practical information on how to avoid problems and create successful BI programs in small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Topics on the day covered included:
“More and more mid-market organisations are deploying Business Intelligence (BI) systems in an attempt to get a better handle on their business operations and gain competitive advantages over their competition. However, managing a BI program can be a complicated and challenging process, and mistakes can put BI's promised business value at risk,” commented Lee Grogan, Sales Manager, DSCallards. “This seminar presents a great opportunity for delegates to get a real handle on the issues that can prevent these BI projects from rolling out successfully”.
