With over seventy SAP partners across Europe, Middle East, Africa and India, signing up for the initiative, the Best Performance Challenge is a unique enablement program which has been designed to improve sales win rate and benchmark performance. DSCallards4bi Showcase Value Management Methodology in Business Intelligence Seminar

17th May 2011 – DSCallards4bi (www.dscallards4bi.com), the Business Intelligence (BI) division of DSCallards, ran its second 2011 seminar, “Defy the Times:  Business Growth in a Weak Economy” at SAP Business Objects offices in Maidenhead, UK, on Wednesday 11th May 2011.  Project Managers, BI and Reporting Specialists and Solution and Strategy Managers registered for the event from organisations that included Capita, Reed Business Information Systems, Wolters Kluwer and Orange.

Angus Menter explains the Value Management MethodologyThe session was underpinned by DSCallards4bi Value Management Methodology which took the delegates through a stepped process on how to gain real value from the implementation of Business Intelligence technologies.  The team also explored how to become a best-run-business using Business Intelligence on three core strategies:

•    Cut operating expenses and discretionary spending
•    Use technology to eliminate inefficiencies
•    Give first priority to existing customers.

Lee Grogan, Sales Manager, DSCallards, commented “Our focus on the bottom-line impact that can be achieved through BI, such as identifying over spending and increased customer retention, had a big impact on those attending and we received very positive feedback from all who attended on the day."
