We are looking for the right person to join our Business Intelligence (BI) Support Team.
The successful candidate will become a member of the Support Team initially providing telephone support to our world-class portfolio of clients. Training will be provided but essentially the successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of PC desktop applications with a technical tendency to understand databases, database connectivity and Business Intelligence.
Joining the Support Team the role will involve providing first rate customer service. DSCallards provides free and paid for technical support contracts around our own and third party products. After a training period you will be required to perform first line telephone and email support (utilising our support system - Kayako) to our customers. A substantial amount of this support will be around SAP Crystal Reports, SAP Crystal Server and SAP Crystal Dashboard products.
The position offers the opportunity to develop into a Business Intelligence Consultant specialising primarily with the SAP Business Objects product range (SAP Crystal Reports, SAP Crystal Dashboard Design and SAP Business Objects Edge solutions).
